OrgAcuity was born out of both personal conviction and professional experience. Our CEO, Craig Starbuck, saw firsthand how toxic work environments can erode well-being, performance, and potential—while positive environments elevate everything and everyone.

He founded OrgAcuity to give voice to the quiet contributors who drive real value but too often go unrecognized—and to empower every leader with the insight to act.

Chief Executive Officer

Craig has built and led people analytics and employee listening teams at market-leading companies including Chime, Roku, Robinhood, and Mastercard. He is the author of The Fundamentals of People Analytics (Springer, 2023) and the 2025 President of The Society for People Analytics (SPA). Craig holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and a B.S. in Management Information Systems.

Matt brings a decade of experience consulting with Fortune 500 companies on backend systems, AI, and data infrastructure. He also served on people analytics teams at Mastercard and Edward Jones. Matt holds an M.A. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and a B.A. in Psychology.

Aaron has 15+ years of experience in organizational design, talent management, and employee engagement consulting. He's known for combining strategic insight with pragmatic delivery, driving growth and client success across industries.
